Address Validation APIs
Overview
The Address Validation API facilitates the verification and matching of parent addresses upon entry, saving automatic address tokens and geocoding information.
Enabling this API will automatically activate the checking and matching of parent addresses during data entry. Additionally, address tokens will be stored with the address data, along with address geocoding.

How to Enable the Address Validation Gateway
Click ‘View' in the Action column next to Address Validation on the ‘External APIs' tab.
Select ‘Edit’, then select the checkbox next to ‘Would you like to enable this API?’.
To deactivate this gateway, deselect this checkbox.
By enabling this API, you are acknowledging that address data will be transferred to this Gateway for validation.
Click ‘Save’ to activate the API.
User Security Permissions
To enable this API, users must have the ‘View' and ‘Edit’ permissions assigned to the '--- Address Validation' security point in TASS.web System Admin > Users > User Maintenance or TASS.web System Admin > Users > Security Role Permissions.
