ACR - Y10 Certificates Tab

Overview

The ‘Y10 Certificates’ tab in Reporting Setup is for Queensland-based schools to define the reporting data required to generate and print the Yr 10 Certificates in TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Y10 Certificates.

This menu option is only enabled if your school is a Queensland-based school.

If the 'Post Code' field in TASS.web Finance > General Ledger > Setup Information > Company Information is outside the range 4000 – 4999, this tab will be disabled.

User Security Permissions

Access to this tab is regulated by the ‘Reporting Setup' and '--- Y10 Certificates tab’ permission points. These user security permissions can be enabled in TASS.web Student Admin > Users > User Maintenance or Security Role Permissions.

Y10 Certificates

Fields that require further explanation
Reporting Year	Define the Reporting Year that contains the reporting data required to print the Year 10 Certificates in TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Y10 Certificates > Print Y10 Certificates.
Reporting Period	Define the Reporting Period (Result Period) that contains the reporting data required to print the Year 10 Certificates in TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Y10 Certificates > Print Y10 Certificates.
Year Group	Select the Current Year Group of students to print for the Year 10 Certificates in TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Y10 Certificates > Print Y10 Certificates.
Objective Code	Select the 'Objective Code' that will be used for the result that will be printed on the Y10 Certificates.
