ACR - Summary of Awarded Levels Report

Overview

This menu option creates a report summarising the Year 10 Level of Achievement data in a format similar to the 'Form 5' requirement of the Queensland Education Department.

This menu option is only enabled if your school is a Queensland based school.

If the 'Post Code' field in TASS.web Finance > General Ledger > Setup Information > Company Information is outside the range 4000 – 4999, this tab will be disabled.

The selection criterion for this report is pre-populated from the settings on the 'Y10 Certificates' tab in TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Reporting Setup.

Important!

The results being analysed are expected to be in the range of VHA, HA, SA, LA or VLA. The report will ignore any results that fall outside of this range.

For a subject and its results to be included in this report, the subject must meet the following conditions:

  1. The subject's 'Reporting Flag' must be set to 'Yes' in TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Setup Information > Student Records Setup on the 'Subjects' tab.

  2. The subject's 'Junior Cert. Section' must not be 'Null' in TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Setup Information > Student Records Setup on the 'Subjects' tab.

You are able to exclude non-board subjects from this report (Board subjects are those that have a 'Junior Cert. Section' = 'B'). To exclude these subjects, uncheck the option to 'Include All Subjects'.

User Security Permissions

Access to this program is regulated by the ‘Summary of Awarded Levels Rpt.’ permission point. This user security permission can be enabled in TASS.web Student Admin > Users > User Maintenance or Security Role Permissions.

General Tab

Search Criterion is entered into the fields displayed in the 'General' tab to filter the data produced in the report. Data must be entered into the 'Reporting Year/Period', 'Year Group' and 'Objective Code' fields for the report to be generated.

Print Tab

The 'Print' tab allows you to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

The report will be sorted by 'Subject Description'.

Use the checkboxes to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'. These can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.

An additional checkbox to 'Include All Subjects' is also available at runtime.
