Why can’t I see Scheduled Medication in the Student Medication Dispensing Grid?

Ensure the medication has been entered correctly into the student's ‘Medication’ tab and/or the ‘Medical Conditions’ tab in TASS.web Student Admin > Medical Records > Student Information > Student Medical.

Check that the medication schedule ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ fields include the current date and that the scheduled time is greater than the current time.

Medication schedules for past occurrences will not be visible in the grid until the following day when the background task generates the records into the grid at 6 a.m.
