Why can't I see the current Reporting Period?

When you first open Markbook the first page that should appear is the Reporting Periods Screen. On this screen you may encounter an error message that says “No Markbook Reporting Periods have been assigned to you“.

To resolve this, ask your Administrator to:

• Assign you to the Reporting Period in TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Reporting User Maintenance > Assign Reporting Periods.

• Assign you the appropriate User Access Level in TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Reporting User Maintenance > Maintain User Access Levels.

• Set the ‘IA Lock’ to ‘Teacher Class Access’ (or the IA Lock appropriate for your assigned User Access Level) in TASS.web program Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Assessment Setup > ‘Results Period’ tab.
