Why can't I see Student Alerts for Learning Support in Staff Kiosk?
Learning Support-related alerts only appear in Staff Kiosk Rollcall and on the Student Profile when the Staff Kiosk user is either assigned to a Class Plan (with the appropriate user permissions) or has permission to view all Support Plans.
To see Learning Support alerts for Students in your Class Plans, you must be assigned to a Class Plan and have the ‘Learning Support’ security point enabled in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions for ‘Staff Kiosk.'
Class Plans are assigned to users when they are created. The users assigned to the Class Plan are based on the timetable at the time the plan was created.
To see Learning Support alerts for all students, you must have the ‘Learning Support’ and ‘--All Support Plans’ security points enabled in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions for ‘Staff Kiosk.'
