Why can't I see my Subject Area in the Central Repository?

The Subject Area folder will not appear in the Central Repository if there are no Learning Objects in the Subject Area.

Click ‘Create New Learning Object’ to check for this.

If the option to ‘Add to Central Repository’ is available, continue to create the new Learning Object.

If the option to ‘Add to Central Repository’ is not available, ask your administrator to check the following:

• Check the Teacher is assigned to the correct Department in TASS.web Student Admin > Teacher Records > Teacher Information > Teachers.

• Check the Subject is connected to the correct Department and Subject Area in TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Setup Information > Student Records Setup > ‘Subjects’ tab.
