Who do the reports get sent to?
When emailing reports, Communication Rules will be used to determine the parents who will receive a copy of the report.
By default the ‘Academic Reports’ rule will be selected, and can be changed on runtime if required.
Any Parent Address ticked against this rule on the Student Record ('Address & Comm. Rules' tab), will be emailed.
You can generate reports to PDF with 'Exclude parents with email address' ticked to find Parents without an email. An alternate method should be used to deliver the reports to these parents, e.g. printed.
When publishing reports to Parent Lounge, any Parent who has access to Parent Lounge AND the Student will be able to view Academic Reports.
In a Split Family situation, review the Split Family Access tab for details on which Parent(s)/Caregivers have access to Students.
