Major Enhancements Introduced in v54, Released in April 2021.
This video showcases the Student Administration enhancements introduced in TASS Version 54, focusing on forward planning, operational efficiency and improved communication. It introduces a new Enrolment Projections Grid that enables schools to forecast student numbers multiple years into the future using probability-based enrolment milestones, delivers a fully redesigned leave and substitutions experience with matrix-style daily and weekly views for faster, more transparent cover allocation, enhances student and parent record searching with sticky search results for rapid navigation, and expands email templating across attendance, immunisations and parent–teacher interviews. The video also demonstrates support for online parent–teacher interviews, including meeting links that allow staff and parents to join scheduled online meetings directly from Staff Kiosk and Parent Lounge, with configuration managed through TASS.web.
