Reporting for Dispensing Student Medication | Medication details are now included in various medical reports, such as the Student Illness Report, Student Illness/Daily Log Report, and Students Medical History Report. A new ‘Medication Expiry Report’ program has been added in TASS.web Student Admin > Medical Records > Listings/Reports/Merges. The report generated from this program provides a list of medications on file and their expiry dates. The program also allows schools to send emails to notify parents about upcoming expiry dates. A new 'Student Medication’ email template category has been added in TASS.web System Admin > Utilities > Email Settings on the ‘Email Templates’ tab. When this category is selected for an email template, these templates appear in the ‘Medication Expiry Report’ program when the ‘Generate Emails’ option is selected. A default email template called 'Student Medication Expiry Notification' has been pre-loaded to help you get started. This can be customised by your school as required.
