Grid Entry Migration from webBook to Staff Kiosk

The functionality of webBook Grid Entry is now available in Staff Kiosk Markbook with additional features to improve functionality and user experience, including the ability to:

• sort columns by student name or student code,

• re-organise the column order using drag and drop,

• view the ‘Objective Description’ and ‘Activity Assessment Range’ by hovering over the information icon.

Microsoft SDS v2.1

A new External API has been introduced to support Microsoft School Data Sync (SDS) v2.1.

Academic Reporting Write Back via API

A new Assessment API is available to synchronise Student Subject Results (Final Results and Overall Subject Grades) from an external LMS program. This API allows interaction with the ‘Assessment’ element of Staff Kiosk and Academic Reporting.

Application Code ‘API29 - Assessment’ is available in TASS.web > Utilities > API Gateway Maintenance > 'TASS APIs' tab and includes endpoints for: GetResultYearsAndPeriods, GetObjectives, GetResultFormats. GetAssessmentMethod, and SetStudentSubjectResults.

Staff Orbit App | Bleeding Edge Endpoints

This version includes new OAuth2 API Application endpoints for Staff Orbit App | Bleeding Edge (currently only available to members of the Staff Orbit Special Interest Group (SIG)). SIG members can use these new endpoints to preview and test the app environment.
