TER - Generate Conference Schedule

Overview

This program creates an appointment schedule for each teacher. It needs to be run after a PTI conference has been added using TASS.web program Student Admin > Teacher Records > Parent Teacher Interview > PTI Conferences and prior to the opening of the Staff Kiosk 'Pre-Release Review Open' stage of running a PTI conference.

This program uses the following information that you have entered for this conference through TASS.web program Student Admin > Teacher Records > Parent Teacher Interview > PTI Conferences:

• The conference date.

• Number of sessions.

• Start and end times.

• Break information.

• Appointment lengths.

• Appointment gap information.

…to generate a schedule for every teacher involved in the conference.

Conference	Use the drop-down list to select the PTI conference to generate a schedule for.  Only PTI conferences for which a schedule has not been generated will be available in this drop-down list.

The additional fields are for display purposes only and cannot be updated. 

Example: The conference is for the correct year group(s) or subjects and has the correct number of students and teachers.

Click the 'GO' button to generate the schedule for this conference.

Once the PTI conference schedule has been generated, the PTI conference name and date/s are published to Staff Kiosk and Parent Lounge with a status of 'Scheduled'.
