This TASS Version 55 Beta Showcase Webinar walks through the major features delivered in the Version 55 release, outlining the release timeline before deep‑diving into key enhancements across finance, payroll, student administration and portals. The session demonstrates Bank Feeds Phase 2 with banking rules for automated cashbook journals, expanded online timesheet approvals, and improved email communications including banners and modernised templates. It also showcases a streamlined student deposit refund workflow using electronic payments and parent‑initiated bank detail capture via Parent Lounge, enhanced student UD areas that parents can now view and update online, and the ability to add fixed assets directly during invoice entry. Additional highlights include usability improvements in Staff Kiosk such as Current Period, a flexible homepage layout and My Day View, plus expanded parent–teacher interview functionality with online meeting links, bulk management tools and improved scheduling communications. The webinar concludes with an update on STP Phase 2, outlining readiness, compliance approach and next steps for payroll-enabled schools.
