Student Profile Analytics Video

This video introduces the analytics tools available in the Student Profile in Staff Kiosk, showing how staff can use a central analytics dashboard to build a clear picture of a student’s academic performance, attendance patterns and wellbeing indicators, including:

It demonstrates how the dashboard summarises current subjects, recent academic achievement trends, lessons missed by acceptable and unacceptable reasons, and pastoral care entries, allowing staff to identify emerging concerns and correlations. The video then explores individual analytical tools in more detail, including comparative analysis graphs to compare a student’s results against class or cohort performance, longitudinal analysis to track progress across reporting periods, and visual breakdowns of lessons missed, supporting informed conversations and early intervention.

This video refers to the ‘Teacher Kiosk’ portal, which has since been renamed ‘Staff Kiosk.’
