This video demonstrates how parents can view and submit updates to their child’s medical information through Parent Lounge, with all changes routed to school medical staff for review before being applied to the TASS.web database. It shows parents accessing Medical Details via Student Details, selecting the relevant child, and adding, updating or requesting removal of information such as general medical details, medical conditions and medication requirements, including the option to contact the school’s medical team by email. The video then steps through the medical officer workflow in TASS.web, including reviewing pending updates, identifying changes and additions, accepting or rejecting requests, and configuring which medical fields and conditions are available for parent viewing and updates via Parent Lounge.
