PAYG Payment Summaries
Overview
The ‘PAYG Payment Summaries’ section of the My Payroll/HR program allows you to retrieve your Payment Summary (also known as a group certificate) for financial years between FY 2009/2010 to FY 2017/2018, when your school is running the TASS.web Payroll module and had set up the PAYG Payment Summaries option prior to Single Touch Payroll.
This section can be accessed by navigating to Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > My Details.
Use the 'View' icon to view or download a PAYG Payment Summary.
User Security Permissions
Access to this program is controlled by the ‘My Payroll/HR' and ‘PAYG Payment Summaries’ security points in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions for Staff Kiosk. Contact your school’s TASS System Administrator for access.
Accessing PAYG Payment Summaries from TASS.web
When an employee is terminated and no longer has access to Staff Kiosk, payroll staff can access Payment Summaries from TASS.web Payroll/HRM > Payroll > Employee Information > Employees on the 'PAYG P Sum' tab.
