I'm trying to generate reports, and no reports are being generated?

If no academic reports are generated when exporting to PDF in TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Report Processing > Generate Student Reports, then follow these steps:

  • Ensure ‘Exclude parents with emails' is unchecked on the 'Print’ tab.

  • Ensure the correct address options are selected on the 'Print’ tab.

  • Ensure the correct Reporting Year and Period is selected on the ‘General’ tab.

  • Ensure results have been entered for the Reporting Year and Period in Staff Kiosk Assessment Markbook or Enter Results and Comments.
