How to Setup Staff Kiosk Resource Booking System (SK)
This guide explains how to enable and configure the Resource Booking System in Staff Kiosk, used by staff to book available rooms and resources for use.

1 | Teacher Records > Setup Information > Teacher Kiosk Setup | Create the categories that rooms and resources can be allocated to. For example: Audio Visual Equipment, Meeting Rooms etc |

2 | Teacher Records > Setup Information > Teacher Kiosk Setup | Assign administrators to each category where required. Administrators can be sent a notification when bookings are made using a room/resource in their category. They can also edit any booking for a room/resource in their assigned category. |

3 | Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup | Review the rooms that can be used in the Resource Booking System:

4 | Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup | Create any features that can be found in rooms/resources used in the Resource Booking System For example: Projector, Interactive Whiteboard etc |

5 | Teacher Records > Setup Information > Resources | Add any additional resources that are available for use in the Resource Booking System. For example: bus, auditorium, sports hall etc. |

6 | System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions | Assign the 'Resource Booking System' and 'Resource Bookings' permissions to the user groups as appropriate. |

Staff can book rooms and/or resources through Staff Kiosk program Teachers > Resource Booking System.
