How do I run a Siblings Report?
To produce a current student sibling report:
- Go to Student Records > Listings/Reports/Merges > Year/Tutor Group Listing.
- On the General tab, enter any report criteria.
- On the Print tab, enter your report preferences and select 'Include Sibling Details'.
- Go.
The listing will include all current siblings (excluding enrolments or students that have passed their Date of Leaving).
To produce a future student sibling report:
- Go to Enrolments > Listings & Reports > Enrolment Details Listing.
- Enter any report criteria on the General, Status and UD tabs.
- On the Print tab, select the 'Student based Listing' report option.
Tick 'Include Siblings (Excel Only)'.
Choose from the 'Enrolments', 'Current' and Non-Current' options.
Extra information can be selected from the Additional Fields, such as Student's Parent Code, Mother Name and Father Name etc. - Go.
