How do I add a student subject that will be included in Academic Reports but not timetabled?

There are multiple ways this can be done. Refer to TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Student Classes > Build Classes and the 'Academic Reporting Checklist - Beginning of Reporting Period' for further information.

This is one method that can be used. Students need to have a subject/class record added against them for the Year and Term/Semester of the result period in Staff Kiosk Assessment.

  • Go to TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Student Classes > Build Classes.  

  • Select the Year, Term/Semester, the subject and class you need to build. Click 'Next'. 

  • Use the ‘Student’ button to add students and move to the right side of the page. 

  • Click ‘Save’.
