EHR - UD Areas Tab

Nine HR (Human Resource) extended user-definable data areas are available for your school with 50 fields in each area.

Examples of Employee HR data areas could be:

• Performance Appraisal.

• Development Stream.

• Other Interests.

• Medical Information.

Within each of these areas, there are:

• 10 x Single character flag fields (0-9, A-Z) which are often used as Yes / No fields.

• 10 x Table referenced fields (Picklist).

• 10 x Free form text fields to store information relating to the employees.

• 10 x Date Fields.

• 10 x Attachment Fields.

The fields displayed to you in this tab depend on the parameters set up by your school in TASS.web program Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Setup Information > Employee/HR Setup.

'View' and 'Edit' links are available on each UD area.

Fields can be set up as 'Triggers'.
