Editing an Application
Overview
To edit an existing Leave/Other Application, navigate to Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > Leave / Other Applications, locate your application, and click the 'Edit' icon.
A Leave Application can be edited by employees when the application has a status of:
Draft
Unapproved (and there have been no subsequent approvals).
A Leave Application can be edited by the final approver in the workflow when the application has a status of:
Approved - not yet taken
Approved - part taken
Fields that require further explanation | |
Reason for Change | Use this field to record a comment of up to 1000 characters that explains the changes that you have made to this application. |
Show Leave Log | The ‘Leave Log’ displays every change that is made to an application from the time that it is submitted, including:
If you were ghosted by another employee, the log will record the name of the user who ghosted you and your own.
