ACR - Restore Subject Outlines
This program allows you to copy subject outline data, which has previously been archived (using TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Special Processes > Copy Data to Archive) for use in the current reporting period.
An example of this would be where your school alternates subject outlines between Semester 1 and Semester 2.
Result Year and Period | Select the Result Year and Period to copy the subject outlines from. Only the periods that have been previously archived will be displayed in this dropdown list. |
Year Group | By default, subject outlines for all Year Groups will be copied. If you want to limit this restore to certain Year Groups (and therefore not override existing subject outlines for other Year Groups) select the Year Group(s) from the dropdown list. |
Select 'GO' to proceed with restoring the subject outlines from the elected Reporting Year and Period.
Important!
This process will overwrite any outlines that currently exist within the current result period. Prior to restoring the subject outlines, you should ensure that the current subject outlines have been archived if they will be required again later.
