Why won't a student's report print?
This is often due to ‘Exclude parents with email address’ box being ticked.
When the print method is changed to "Print to PDF', the box is automatically ticked. You need to actively untick the box.
Navigate to TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Report Processing > Generate Student Reports. Select the 'Print' tab, then untick ‘Exclude parents with email address’.
