Why won't a student's report print?

This is often due to ‘Exclude parents with email address’ box being ticked. 

When the print method is changed to "Print to PDF', the box is automatically ticked. You need to actively untick the box.

Navigate to Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Report Processing > Generate Student Reports. Select 'Print' tab. 

Untick ‘Exclude parents with email address’.
