Why are there no Reporting Periods available for my Activity?
When setting up a new Activity (with Assessment Criteria) you may encounter an error message that says “There are no open Reporting Periods available to you. Please see your system administrator”.
To resolve this, ask your Administrator to:
Assign you to the Reporting Period in TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Reporting User Maintenance > Assign Reporting Periods.
Assign you the appropriate User Access in TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Reporting User Maintenance > Maintain User Access Levels.
Set the ‘IA Lock’ to ‘Teacher Class Access’ (or the IA Lock appropriate for your assigned User Access Level) in TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Assessment Setup > ‘Results Period’ tab.
Ensure there is a ‘Reporting Period’ set up for the current Timetable period, term or semester that you are in TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Assessment Setup > ‘Results Period’ tab.
