When setting up a Parent Teacher Interview (PTI) Conference, how does the 'Online Meeting Link' appear across TASS products?
Schools may conduct PTI conferences over the internet. Therefore, they require a way to send out a URL that contains an 'Online Meeting Link' for an online PTI conference using TASS.web.
The 'Online Meeting Link' is available to:
Group | Description | Access |

Administrators | Administrators set the parameters for PTI conferences for the school. | Go to Student Admin > Teacher Records > Parent Teacher Interviews > PTI Conferences.
Important!You can't view the 'Online Meeting Link' for an unbooked appointment. |
Parents | Parents can set and cancel appointments while the Parent Bookings is open. When 'Parent Bookings' have closed parents are then able to access the 'Online Meeting Link'. Parent booking open and closed times are defined on the Student Admin > Teacher Records > Parent Teacher Interviews > PTI Conferences on the 'Web Access' tab of the PTI conference. | Go to Parent Lounge and on the left hand menu click on 'Parent Teacher Interview' and click 'Review' to access the 'Online Meeting Link'. The link can also be accessed by clicking 'Details'. |
Teachers | When teachers access their 'Appointment Schedule' for PTI Conferences they can see which appointments have an 'Online Meeting Link' because they will have a hyperlink next to the appointment slot. | Go to Staff Kiosk > Teachers > Parent Teacher Interviews to access the 'Online Meeting Link'. |
Important!
Schools will need to use online meeting software to obtain the 'Online Meeting Link'. TASS.web does not provide this function.
