This video provides an overview of the key student and system administration enhancements introduced in Version 52, focusing on usability, data consistency and improved communication across TASS.web, Staff Kiosk and Parent Lounge. It introduces an updated navigation and menu experience in TASS.web, alongside global name tokenisation through Community Plus to improve reporting, compliance and communications. The video also covers enhancements to student and parent communication logs, individual student photo management, SMTP-based email generation, multi-campus timetables, and expanded medical functionality to support the Australian Immunisation Register. Additional updates include academic reporting improvements, new upload capabilities in Equipment Hire, and significant system administration changes such as new and enhanced APIs, version 3 API security controls, and new portal security permission reporting.
This video refers to the 'LMS’ menu, which has since been renamed ‘Assessment.’
