Consent2Go Integration API 

A new Consent2Go API has been introduced in TASS.web System Admin > API Gateway Maintenance. This new API provides endpoints that enable schools to connect with the Consent2Go suite of products for managing risk, extracurricular activities, events, and payments. This integration allows users to retrieve information such as Extra Curricular Activity lists and Student Details from TASS while also updating information like Parent Contact details and Student Medical Conditions.

• The 'Print' popup screen accessed from the 'Homepage' tab has been renamed 'Staff Kiosk Setup - Homepage'.  The 'Include TK Roles (PDF Only)' and 'Include TK Users (PDF Only)' checkboxes on the 'Print' popup screen have been renamed to 'Include SK Roles (PDF Only)' and 'Include SK Users (PDF Only)', and the column headings on the printed report have also been renamed from 'TK Roles' and 'TK Users' to 'SK Roles' and 'SK Users'.

Teacher Kiosk Setup

Enhancement to the 'General Details' tab. A new 'Hide Left Menu Items' checkbox has been introduced in the 'Staff Kiosk Parameters' section.  This checkbox allows administrators to control the visibility of items in the left side menu of the Staff Kiosk Home Page.  When it is selected, users can only see the menu items they have Portal Security Permissions to access.  When it is unselected, users can see all menu items, even when they do not have permission to view them. If the user lacks a Portal Security Permission, the menu item will be greyed out and inaccessible.

The options 'Not Completed' and 'Completed' are available for activities that do not require file submissions.
