TER - Leave and Substitution Report

Leave and Substitution Report Overview

This report enables the user to produce a print out of 'Teacher Leave' information and 'Substitutions'.

General Tab

'Report Criteria' can be entered into the fields displayed in the 'General' tab to filter the data produced in the report.

A 'Leave Date Range' must be entered.

Most fields allow multiple selections.

Holding down the 'Shift' key while clicking on your options permits a range selection, holding down the 'Ctrl' key enables selection of discrete (individual) criterion.

Timetable Tab

If your school is operating with multiple timetables, a 'Timetable' field will be displayed on this tab to allow the user to select a 'Timetable' to print from.

Print Tab

This tab allows the user to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

The 'Print' tab is also used to format the report.

Use the checkboxes on the right side of the screen to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'. These can enhance the readability of the report.

Tick the 'Include Class Comments' box to include Class Task, Comments and Feedback on your report.

The 'Export to Timesheet Upload Format' will produce a file to the specifications of the TASS.web payroll Timesheet upload facility.

Important!

 'Leave Reasons' must be correctly mapped to the appropriate payroll 'Pay Codes' for this to work. This mapping is done using TASS.web program Student Admin > Teacher > Setup Information > Teacher Records Setup on the 'Leave Reasons' tab.
