Superannuation
Overview
The ‘Superannuation’ section of the My Payroll/HR program:
Allows you to view your superannuation amounts for the current tax year when your school is running the TASS.web Payroll module.
Displays each superannuation type.
Displays the year-to-date amount for the period displayed at the top of the screen.
Displays a green tick if it is a concessional type.
This section can be accessed by navigating to Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > My Details.
A Contribution Cap Warning icon will be displayed based on the total contributions:
'yellow alert' icon when the total concessional contributions have exceeded the 'Early Warning Amount' but not the 'Contribution Cap Amount'.
'red alert' icon when the total concessional contributions have exceeded the 'Contribution Cap Amount'.
This program requires the following to be set up using TASS.web Payroll/HRM > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Superannuation Funds on the 'Super Parameters' tab:
Early Warning Amount.
Contribution Cap Amount.
Start P/E Date for the Super Contributions Year.
User Security Permissions
Access to this program is controlled by the ‘My Payroll/HR' and ‘Superannuation’ security points in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions for Staff Kiosk. Contact your school’s TASS System Administrator for access.
