Student Attendance Self Registration Video

This video provides an overview of the Attendance Self‑Registration (ASR) Portal, showing how schools can enable students to record attendance events such as late arrivals, early departures and returns without direct staff intervention. It explains the supported hardware options, student authentication methods, and how confirmation slips and emails can be generated, then walks through common student scenarios to demonstrate how attendance records are created and updated in real time. The video also shows where administrators configure the portal in TASS.web, including allowable attendance types, tolerance rules, usage limits and absentee reasons, helping schools reduce front‑office workload while maintaining accurate attendance records.
