STR - Youngest/Oldest in Family

Overview

The Youngest/Oldest in Family report enables you to produce a report outlining the youngest or oldest sibling within a family.

The 'Report Criteria' allows you to nominate a 'Year Group' and 'Campus' as filters.

Select the appropriate radio button to print either the youngest or oldest siblings details on the report.

The 'Year Group' field allows the selection of multiple year groups. Holding down the 'Shift' key while clicking on your options permits a range selection; holding down the 'Ctrl' key enables selection of discrete (individual) criterion.

The report will display the youngest/oldest students within this year group selection only, e.g. selecting years 2 & 3 will only show the youngest in these year groups and will not take into consideration any siblings in younger year groups. Similarly, when selecting the oldest in family, older year groups will not be taken into consideration.

The 'Print' tab allows you to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

The 'Print' tab is also used to format the report. Sorting options are available on the left side of the screen.

Use the checkboxes on the right of the screen to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'. These options can enhance the readability of the report.

Selecting a 'Page Break By' option from the dropdown menu gives you the ability to break up the report.
