Pay Envelopes
Overview
The ‘Pay Envelopes’ section of the My Payroll/HR program allows you to retrieve your pay envelope online when your school is running the TASS.web Payroll module and has set up the electronic pay envelope option.
This section can be accessed by navigating to Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR.
The ‘Pay Envelopes’ section:
Displays the last 10 pay envelopes.
The 'Magnifying glass' icon allows you to view a pay envelope.
Displays all pay envelopes (use the 'See All' button).
The 'Plus' icon allows you to print a pay envelope (use the 'See All' button).
The pay envelopes available will be those that have been generated using the electronic pay envelope option only.
User Security Permissions
Access to this program is controlled by the ‘My Payroll/HR' and ‘Pay Envelopes’ security points in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions for Staff Kiosk. Contact your school’s TASS System Administrator for access.
Staff Orbit App Info
Pay Envelopes are also available in the Staff Orbit mobile app when:
The ‘Pay Envelopes' and 'Pay Envelope Attachment' OAuth Scopes are enabled in TASS.web System Admin > Utilities > API Gateway Maintenance on the OAuth2 API Applications tab for 'Orbit Staff’.
The user logged into the app has the 'Pay Envelopes' security point assigned in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions for Staff Kiosk.
