Batch Transaction Report Overview


This program allows you to produce a 'Receipt Edit Listing' or 'Charge Credit Edit Listing' for a nominated batch number.

This is an effective reprint option that will include all receipts or charges/credits that have been entered into the nominated batch.

General Tab


'Report Criteria' in the 'General' tab allows you to nominate a 'Batch Number' from which the report will be generated. A default batch number will automatically populate this field upon entry but can be overridden.

Important!

The 'Batch Number' is a mandatory field and must be filled out before the report can be generated.

When the batch transaction report is a receipt edit list, the 'Tax Code' will only print on the report for sundry receipts.  It is recommended that these 'Tax Codes' are checked for sundry receipts whilst they can still be edited (prior to a final Bank Deposit Report being run using program Finance > Parent Accounts > Receipting > Bank Deposit Report.


Print Tab


The 'Print' tab allows you to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

The 'Print' tab is also used to format the report. Options to sort the report by 'Number' and 'Type' are available on the left side of the screen.

Use the checkboxes on the right of the screen to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'.

These options can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.
