Overdue Arrangements System Video

This video demonstrates how to create, manage and monitor overdue arrangements for parent accounts in TASS.web Finance > Parent Accounts > Account Information > Parent Account Inquiry and TASS.web Finance > Parent Accounts > Account Information > Overdue Arrangements, helping schools proactively manage overdue or high‑risk balances.

It explains how to identify parent accounts with excessive outstanding balances, record agreed repayment plans, categorise the likelihood of compliance, and attach supporting documentation such as promissory notes. The video then shows how overdue arrangements can be created either directly from an individual parent account or via the central Overdue Arrangements program, and how finance staff can track instalments, review payment history, update balances and due dates, and record follow‑up actions to ensure agreed repayments are maintained over time.
