Managing Sick-Bay Records in TASS.web Video

This video provides a practical walkthrough of how school nurses manage sickbay records in TASS.web, from recording a student’s illness through to discharge and reporting. It demonstrates how to add a new illness entry in the Student Illness/Daily Log, including selecting conditions, treatments, and notes, and explains where medical conditions and treatments are configured in the system. The video also shows how teaching staff can view real-time sickbay information via Staff Kiosk, both from the home page and during roll marking, enabling them to accurately mark attendance. Finally, it covers how to discharge a student, update records, and use filtering and reporting tools to analyse medical history and illness trends.

Since filming, additional features related to Medication Dispensing have been introduced. Refer to the Student Illness/Daily Log article for more information.
