I've entered results/comments after archiving, what do I need to do?

Results, Comments and PDF Reports are not captured in the archive process. You don't need to re-archive to update results and comments.

Ideally, archiving should be completed immediately at the end of every reporting period and after reports have been sent out.

For further information refer to Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Special Processes > Copy Data to Archive.

Re-archiving a result period is NOT recommended.
