How do I add Learning Support Adjustment Evidence?

Learning Support Adjustment Evidence can be added to the Class Plan.

Adjustment Evidence can be viewed from the Support Plan, but cannot be added or modified there. You must access the relevant Class Plan to add or alter evidence-related data.

To open a Class Plan, go to Staff Kiosk Staff > Learning Support, and click the ‘View Class Plan’ icon in the Action column for the Student you want to add evidence for.  

If you have user security permissions to view ‘All Support Plans’, ensure the ‘Consolidate' filter is unselected.

Class Plans can also be accessed from each student's Support Plan. From the Support Plan Details screen, click ‘Class Plans' on the left-side menu, then select the 'View' icon next to the Class Plan you want to open.

On the Class Plan Details screen:

  • To add new evidence, select the 'Adjustment Evidence' option on the left-side menu. Click ‘+New’, then select the date. If required, choose the ‘Adjustment Category’ and ‘Adjustment’ related to the evidence (this step is optional; refer to your school guidelines). Enter ‘Details’ about the evidence, and add attachments, if required. Click ‘+Submit New’ when complete.

  • To edit existing evidence, select the ‘Adjustment Evidence' option in the left-side menu, then click the 'Edit’ icon in the Action column in the same row as the evidence you want to update. Update the fields as required, then click ‘+Submit New’ when complete.

The Adjustment Evidence added here automatically connects to the Student's Support Plan.
