How can I complete additional future pays?
Payroll calendars can't be created for future dates. It can only be created if the period end date is between the last two recently completed pay runs with a status of 'D-Done'.
Example
The period end date for the fortnightly pay run is 10/12/2025, and an additional future pay run is scheduled for 15/12/2025.
You can't create an additional period end date of 15/12/2025. You can create an additional payroll calendar for a fortnightly pay run with a period end date of 9/12/2025.
Process additional pays, and ensure the following fields are set to 15/12/2025:
The ‘Bank File Processing Date’ field in TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Pay Run Processing > Create Bank File.
The 'Payment Date' field in TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Pay Run Processing > Pay Envelopes.
The 'Payment Date' field in TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Pay Run Processing > Pay Run Reset.
Important!
If not all staff are being paid through this additional pay run, do NOT load permanent pays.
