How can I complete additional future pays?

Payroll calendars can't be created for future dates. It can only be created with the period end date is between the last two recently completed pay runs with a status of 'D-Done'.

Example

A period end date for a fortnightly pay run is 10/12/2025, and there is an additional future pay that needs to be done after this date on 15/12/2025.

You can't create an additional period end date of 15/12/2025. You can create an additional payroll calendar for a fortnightly pay run with a period end date of 9/12/2025.

Process additional pays, and ensure the following fields are set to 15/12/2025:

The ‘Bank File Processing Date’ field in TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Pay Run Processing > Create Bank File.
The 'Payment Date' field in TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Pay Run Processing > Pay Run Reset.
The 'Payment Date' field in TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Pay Run Processing > Pay Envelopes.

If all staff are not being paid through this additional pay run do NOT load permanent pays.
