Events and Payments - Notes

From the Staff Kiosk Events > Events and Payments screen, select ‘Notes’ from the hamburger menu in the 'Action' column to manage 'internal' notes and attachments relating to the event.

Click ‘+New’ to add a new note.

Fields that require further explanation

Note Date

Enter or select the note date.

Note Text

Enter your note text.

Attachments

The ‘Attachments’ field allows you to attach documents to a note, which can be viewed by all authorised users of the 'Event' program.   Click '+ Choose' to select one or multiple files to attach. Alternatively, drag and drop files into the Attachment field.

Attachments entered here are not visible to parents in Parent Lounge. Use this attachment feature to attach documents for internal school use, such as instructions to teachers or supervisors.

 Select the ‘Check Spelling' button to check the spelling of the text entered into the 'Note Text' field.

Click ‘+Submit New’ to save the note.
