EC - Viewing an Extra Curricular Group

Select the 'magnifying glass' icon in the 'Action' column to display a list of students allocated to an Extra Curricular (EC) Group.

Click the 'Details' link to view further EC information recorded against a student.

Use the 'hamburger menu' to:

• Generate emails to students in the EC Group and/or their parents.
• Print the Activity Details List (the 'Printing Options' allows you to choose the destination of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®).
• Utilise the Mail Merge feature.
