Deleting Learning Objects
Step 1
Check the 'Delete Learning Objects' radio button to delete Learning Objects (Resources, Questions, Online Tests and Activities) owned by a teacher.

Transfer from | Select the teacher who's Learning Objects will be deleted. Only teachers who own Learning Objects in the Learning Object Repository will be displayed in the drop-down list. |
Subject Area | This field can be used to filter the Learning Objects to include when deleting. For example, you may want to delete only the Learning Objects in a teacher's English folder. |
Year Group | This field can be used to filter the Learning Objects to include when deleting. For example, you may want to delete only the Learning Objects that apply to Year 6. |
Click the 'Next' button to proceed to the next step.
Step 2
This screen will provide an overview of the deletion process that is about to take place.
The teacher who's Learning Objects you are deleting will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Statistics
This section of the screen will display:
The number of Resources, Questions, Online Tests and Activities owned by the teacher.
The number of Resources, Questions, Online Tests and Activities that are currently located in the My Learning Object Repository or the school's Central Repository.
A warning symbol and message will be displayed when Learning Objects are in use (e.g. assigned or attached to another Learning Object). It is important to note that Learning Objects that are currently in use will not be deleted during this process.
Refer to the Staff Kiosk Assessment > Learning Objects (Maintain & Assign) > Learning Objects Screen for information on what defines 'Usage'.
TRANSFER Acknowledgement
Tick the checkbox(es) to acknowledge that you understand the process that is about to take place.
Click 'GO' to complete deleting the Learning Objects.
