How to Customise webBook to Disable Personal Comment Banks (wB)

This document outlines how to disable the use of teachers' 'Personal Comment Banks' in webBook. 

The system default is for personal comment banks to be enabled.  You would only do this if you want to turn them off for a reporting period.

Use program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Assessment Setup on the 'Result Periods' tab.

Access the 'Use Personal Comment Bank' field.

Where this field is set to 'No', then webBook will suppress the 'Personal Comment Bank' button from appearing in the 'Enter Results' and 'Speed Mode' areas.  

This setting also applies to 'Search' and search by 'Teacher' (for this reporting period).
