ACR - Check for Missing Data
This program allows you to produce a listing of all students within the selected subject classes, and provide an indication as to the status of their reporting data.
This report will print the following student details: Code, Name, Yr, PC/Tutor Group, Subject, Class, Teacher plus the indication of what type of academic data (results or comments) is missing.
Students for whom there are no missing results or comments will still be included in the report but the indication status will be blank.
'Report Criteria' can be entered into the fields displayed in the 'General' tab to filter the data produced on the report. A 'Reporting Year and Period' must be entered.
The 'Print' tab allows you to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.
Select from the radio buttons displayed to indicate what reporting data checking is required. The report defaults to Results only. The option can be changed to check Comments only, or Both Results and Comments.
The 'Print' tab is also used to format the report. Sorting options are available on the left side of the screen.
Use the checkboxes on the right side of the screen to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'. These can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.
