Why is a General Ledger account not available for selection by an employee when raising a requisition?
Check the following:
The employee is listed on the 'Responsibility' tab of the GL account, with the minimum Responsibility Level of 2 'Raise PO Requisitions'.
There is an approver listed on the 'Responsibility' tab of the GL account.
The GL account has a budget.
The employee has been assigned the 'Requisitions' permission in the Staff Kiosk Portal Security Permissions.
