Extra Curricular Activities - Absence Notification | When notifying the school about absences through Parent Lounge, parents can now also submit absence notifications for Extra-Curricular Custom Rolls for the same dates. A new 'Extra-Curricular Absences' section has been added in Parent Lounge under Attendance > ‘+ Add Absence Notification’ on the ‘Student Absence Notification’ screen. The Extra-Curricular Custom Rolls for the selected students and dates will automatically appear in this section, each accompanied by a checkbox. Parents can use these checkboxes to indicate which activities their child or children will miss. This information and any comments from the parents will then be displayed in the Custom Rolls in Staff Kiosk.
