Markbook in Staff Kiosk

Markbook has been built into Staff Kiosk and is much snazzier looking the webBook Markbook. The initial Markbook release will include the current webBook Markbook features, and the development team will be working on the next phase of enhancements. 
The two Markbooks will work interchangeably between the webBook and Staff Kiosk versions until webBook is decommissioned - this won't happen for a while and we will give you plenty of notice. 

We call it 'Markbook', but you can change the name to one of your choosing.

What you will find in the Staff Kiosk Markbook include:

• Objective Weighting functionality

• Result Based Comments functionality

• Calculate Results functionality

• Upload Results functionality

Access Markbook via Staff Kiosk > Assessment > Markbook.

The Markbook menu is controlled by the new permission called 'Markbook' located in the Portal Security Permissions - LMS section.

Enhancement to the Calculation Rules program in Staff Kiosk. Each rule is now given a Rule Type of 'School Rule' or 'My Rule', and both rule types will be available for selection in the new Markbook program.

Three corrections have been made with regards to Enrolments:
1. Enrolment Setup > Status tab. Save will no longer work when entering a blank description for a non-mandatory stage where historical data exists. In Edit mode, a new exclamation icon displays next to non-mandatory stages along with tool tip: 'Editing this Stage Description may change the nature of the associated Enrolled Student data. This Stage Description is unable to be deleted due to existing Enrolled Student data.'
2. Enrolment Setup > Status tab. Save will no longer work when entering a blank description for a mandatory stage. In Edit mode, a new green question mark icon displays next to mandatory stages along with tool tip: 'This Stage Description is mandatory due to being an integral part of the Student Enrolment process.'
3. Enrolments Worksheet. Where a non-mandatory stage description is blank, it will no longer display in the worksheet.
