The Address Collection extract is missing Students.
When running the Address Collection (Aus), the students included in the extract depend on the filters applied in the ‘General,’ ‘User Defined,’ and ‘Billing’ tabs. If students are missing from your extract, it’s important to check these filters.
Common filters that may prevent students from appearing in the report include: Date of Entry, FFPOS - Campus, Year Group and Residency Status. However, any filter on any tab could prevent a student from being included in the extract.
If a student doesn't appear in the report, review the filters on your Address Collection report and compare them to the Student Record in TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records >Student Information > Students. You may find discrepancies, such as a mismatch in Residency Status or that the student is outside of your specified Date of Entry.
Typically, schools will run the Address Collection (Aus) program using a previously saved configuration. Ensure that the saved configurations you are using are not based on last year’s parameters. Double-check that the ‘Date of Entry’ and ‘Date of Leaving’ fields include the current year. Thoroughly review all your filters across all tabs to ensure they are correctly set.
