Staff Details

Staff have quick and easy access to their own information as well as the details of their colleagues, making it effortless for them to connect and communicate whenever necessary. Details include basic information, school email, address details and Teacher UD data. Teacher UD will not be available for Non-Teachers.

Events & Payments

Access both upcoming and past events. Staff have a comprehensive view of all event details, including the list of invited and accepted attendees, as well as the options chosen for each student. View a summary screen with Status filters and a progress bar for each event with the accepted students. 

Receive Staff Notifications

Staff receive notifications generated from the 'Meetings and Communications' program within the Staff Portal and automated notifications from Pastoral Care and events submitted for approval. Staff will have access to Unread notifications, the ability to acknowledge and a History tab with a quick search. 

Note: the Push component of notifications is scheduled for General Release.  

Multi-timetable View

Teachers have a snapshot of both timetable on the homepage and within the My Timetable page (drill down from homepage). On the homepage,  sliding bars for each timetable are available to swipe across. In My Timetable, staff an easily toggle between timetables and calendar days to see their timetable in the future or past. 

Student Extra Curricular Activities

Staff can explore the intricacies of students' extracurricular activities including the Extra Curricular activities per calendar year, filters for Semester and previous years, level/team information, UD fields and comments. 

The Extra Curricular Hub component of the Staff app is set to be released after General Release.

Introduced a Students tab on the Event Details page. The students tab contains a tiled list of students displaying the student name and status, the students can be filtered based on status.
