PAC - Arrangement Frequencies Tab (SU)

Arrangement Frequencies Tab Overview

This program is used to define arrangement frequencies that are in place at your school relevant to the payment of school fees.

The categories set up here are then used in conjunction with Finance > Parent Accounts > Account Information > Overdue Arrangements on the 'Arrangements' tab to nominate specific fee payment arrangement frequencies against parents, i.e. 'Cash Only', '7 Day Account', 'Monthly' or 'Bi-Annually'.

Adding an Arrangement Frequency

To add a new arrangement frequency, click the 'New' button to display a blank 'Arrangement Frequencies' screen.

When satisfied with your entry, click the 'Save' button to commit your changes to the database or 'Cancel' to return to the selection screens.

Editing Arrangement Frequencies

To 'Edit' an arrangement frequency, click on the 'Edit Selected' button to display the 'Arrangement Frequencies' screen populated with the details of your selection.

When satisfied with your entry, click on the 'Save' button to commit your changes to the TASS.web database.
